Alright, this is where our very own Big Dog shows us all how to hug a Wookiee! I would suggest it for everyone as it seems to give him great pleasure.

It appears that I may just have to move a little bit further away from work so that I have enough time in the car to listen to a few more audio books. After finishing the first of the Star Force series called Swarm, and already having Ender’s Game on my schedule for the sci-fi podcast book...

I’ve been doing a lot of reading lately, but I haven’t been doing a lot of reviews. In all reality I’ve been doing a lot of listening to audio books downloaded from Audible.com. I have a large amount of time each day driving, and I have used this time to get my daily fix of...

Normally when I start watching shows like Arrow they start off with a really big bang, and then slowly over half a dozen of episodes, things deteriorate to the point where I have a very hard time watching. This seems to take till around the end of the first season or even before that in most...

World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War by Max Brooks wasn’t anything of what I was expecting it to be. I was expecting the actual zombie war, and what I got was – as the title states – “An Oral History of the Zombie War.” Let me start off by saying, this was not...

Mockingjay is the third book in the Hunger Games trilogy. It was also probably the one that I enjoyed the most. Each of the three books in the series continues right where the previous one left off. Suzanne Collins takes this story and runs with it all the way to the end. This book is...

Podcast: Play in new window | Download Well the first two weeks of Arrow have aired, and I put off a little bit doing my initial review, allowing a second episode to air so as to have a more complete idea of what was going on. I believe they got off to a pretty good start with the pilot episode, and I think the second episode was a little bit weaker, but also a lot of character building was done that was skipped during the first episode in order to make sure that it was moving fast enough to make it worth watching. Overall I think the mission was accomplished and ended up with a pretty decent product so far. Now that I have two weeks...
